Streetwise SWPF8000R and SWB5000R

Streetwise Products has been cranking out new exciting products lately.  I thought I would bring you up-to-date on a few of the stunners (pun intended).

The SWB5000R Nightstick stun baton comes with a LED light and alarm.  It's 13.5 inch length gives extra reach while still keeping the baton light and easy to handle. It features the new rubberized coating which Streetwise is using on most of its new models. It imparts to the handle an easy and secure grip which is unlikely to squirm away in a tense encounter. Last, the Nightstick comes with a safety pin wrist strap. If the attacker snatches the unit away from you with designs to use it on you, the wrist pin will automatically pull out rendering the unit useless.

This rechargeable unit is rated at 5,000,000 and comes with a holster. To see more details of the SWB5000R visit this site.

The just released Streetwise SWPF8000R Tactical Police Force includes many of the advanced features on the SWB5000R. It's rechargeable and comes with a bright LED light. It's a rechargeable stun flashlight with a high voltage rating. This unit is housed in a new compact aluminum shell. It looks like a compact flashlight but no flashlight unleashes a stun buzz bomb like this one! Carrying a super 8,000,000 rating, this is the stun flashlight you need in an emergency.

Streetwise has been working hard to improve their stun technology, already one of the best in the business. This is the first unit that includes the newly developed Triple Stun Technology (TST). Briefly, the technology allows multiple spark arcs in the head, producing a much brighter and stronger voltage. We noticed the difference immediately and we predict this will filter down to other new products. Click here for full details.

New Touchdown Streewise Stun Gun SWT7500R

We now have in stock many new and exciting products for 2013. One that caught our eye was the Streetwise SWT7500R stun gun and flashlight. This debuts a new ergonomic shape that comfortably fits the hand of any adult. The rubberized armored shell along with the finger grips means no slipping from sweaty hands. It features the popular "wrist strap pin" that will automatically disable the gun if your aggressor tries to wrestle it away to use on you. The LED flashlight is low drain and very bright. It's rechargeable so no batteries. It's one of the "Touchdown Top Gun" models that Streetwise earmarks as top in its category.

It comes with a lifetime warranty with two years on the rechargeable battery. Sounds expensive, doesn't it? We've got an introductory price of only $44.00 on these big brawny stun guns.

We expect these to go on back order soon. Click for details on the Streetwise SWT7500R. There is a video demo at the top of the page. Watch my startled reaction when I discharge the unit (and I knew it was coming!).

Streewise Re-organizes Small Fry Stun Guns

Streetwise continues to re-shuffle its line-up ad old products are retired and new ones take its place. The trend is definitely to rechargeable units. The SF400RB and SF400RB remain as the low powered units (relatively). SF1000 models have been discontinued. There is a Hottie pink version of the SF3000 still selling well (SF3000RH). For high power fans, the SB5000RB is new top-of-the-line Small Fry line.  So to review, it's the SF3000RH stun gun model, both the SF400RH and SF400RB and the SF5000RB.

Each still measure 3 1/2 inches x 2 1/8 inches X 3/4 inch. That's small enough to fit inside a cigarette pack! They also share the bright 6 LED flashlight common to most units in the line.

On the SF3000 and the SF5000, you'll find updated features:

  • Both models feature a rubberized case that makes it more secure in the hand. This was previously seen only in the Sting Ray SGS-2800 model.
  • They feature a new multi-level charging light system that will tell you when the battery is fully charged (both models are available as rechargeable only, no batteries to replace.)
  • A new convertible wrist strap system. You can use the wrist strap pin (that renders the unit unusable if your foe grabs it from you to use it on you). Or for a clean less fussy approach, use the included stubby pin).
We're always been impressed with these mini stun gun. The Small Fry stun guns have had a rabid cult following since its introduction and these new ones should keep those people happy and will add new fans besides.

Just so you know that Streetwise is looking out for your pocketbook, they recently released 7500RB Small Fry model Small Fry. That's the most powerful model in the line-up - but it costs less. What gives? Well it's a straight stun gun/flashlight, no batteries level LEDS and the power pak is Ni Cad, not the longer lived and more expensive Nickel Metal Hydride in the mainstream Small Frys. (In truth, most stun gun rechargeables are Ni Cad). Here's the good news: we sell this super zapper at only $55.00!

Streetwise SW400 Stun Gun - Product Close Up

Sometimes a product comes along that seems right for just about anyone. Such is the Streetwise SW400 stun gun. It's styled in the typical stun gun fashion. It is modestly sized. At just under five inches tall, it's easy to hold and operate. The voltage supplied is 400K, strong enough to do the job but not over the top.

The SW400 features three safety procedures. First the supplied wrist strap pin must be inserted into the body of the unit. With the strap around the wrist, an attacker cannot grab the gun away from the intended victim and use it on that person. Once the pin comes out, the stun gun becomes inoperable.

Second the unit must be turned on. This is accomplished by sliding the switch on the side of the case to the first position. Third, to fire the stun gun, the rocker switch must be pushed. This is easily accomplished because your forefinger falls right to the switch. These procedures show careful thinking by the designers. You want the stun gun to fire reliably in an emergency situation, but not otherwise.

As if that were enough, Streetwise obliterates the competition with still more features. When the on-off switch is pushed ot he second postion,, a loud chriping alarm sounds. The alarm alone may be able to scare away an intruder.

The Streetwise SW400 comes with a nylon case with belt loop. For a "quick draw" clip the stun gun on your waistband with the attached belt clip.

The unit comes with a lifetime warranty. You get a lot with this unit and we have an unbeatable price. Just go to the Streetwise SW200 page and upgrade to the SW400.
